The Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC)

The Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC) set up in 1966 by Mr. JRD Tata has as its mandate to serve as an educational institution that would assist, foster, cultivate, and contribute to the development of professional management for the economic development of the country. Since then, it has developed into one of the leading management training institutes in the country having linkages with renowned national and international institutions. TMTC is now the learning arm of the Tata Group’s Human Resources function. Over the years, TMTC has contributed to corporate, public, and national growth through its planned emphasis on all-round human resource development. The Centre endeavours to make training both issue-and-need based by encouraging participants to implement programme inputs in actual situations. The Centre is housed in a gracious heritage structure where the atmosphere of serenity strikes just the right balance between the stringent demands of its management courses and the participants’ need to look at their management roles from a perspective that is unencumbered by urban conditioning. (www.tmtctata.com)

Dear Sir/ Madam, Would like to know whether outside participation is allowed , if the same is allowed then we would like to have a copy of the Training calendar for MDP programs so we could nominate our Senior Management team members. Thanks – Vaidehi Shirke- Corporate Manager – Human Resources, Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited, [email protected]
